Styles of yoga...

ASHTANGA is physically demanding, follows a specific set sequence of postures and links every movement to a breath. 

HATHA yoga is a gentler form often has the more basic yoga postures. 

POWER yoga is a strong and challenging form of yoga often the preferred style in gyms.

RESTORATIVE yoga uses props to help students into passive poses so the body experiences the benefits without having to exert any effort. 

VINYASA  (FLOW) is a fluid, movement-intensive practice, linking breath to movement. Intense class, no two vinyasa classes are the same.
